Using our easy-to-use interface, these courses can be customised on a project-by-project basis, by configuring the order of steps and questions, for optimal user understanding. Courses can consist of questions (single or multiple-choice), documents, images, videos or confirmation steps.

Inductions can be completed online, prior to the participant coming to site. By having this embedded within the Sennen system, operators can manage the profile and qualifications of their workers.

Once courses, inductions and questionnaires are completed, the completion process is fully automated. This means you won’t have to worry about scoring the results and issuing certificates as these will all be done automatically via the Sennen system.

Sennen’s LMS allows for multiple versions of the same course to be created, including different languages and different media, such as video vs. text based versions.
LMS benefits from an integration with the Sennen notification engine. This includes email alerts when one of your team passes or fails a course, as well as email reminders when an induction is about to expire.
With the LMS, you will be able to view all course statistics, including the number of times an induction has been attempted, your workers’ average pass rate and much more.
Keep track of the different course versions with Sennen’s LMS version control feature. This will allow you to easily make changes and publish new updated versions, as well as deactivate the previous version (if applicable). If significant changes to a course are introduced, you have the option of prompting all users to retake it.
The LMS enables you to choose your preferred scoring system. This includes a ‘Global’ scoring system, where scores are attributed based on the performance of the whole course, and an ‘Individual’ scoring system, where marks are given to singular questions within the course. This ensures the participant successfully passes certain key steps.
